My end of school report as I was summarily ejected at the end of 1969. The comments (or rather lack of them) by messrs Eastwood and
Bottomley just about say it all really. Still, looking on the bright side, it could count as the only bit of signed work
by Peter Brook I'm ever likely to own. |

Did you know there were multiple school scarves?
The photos of these two - the senior shool and old student designs - and what looks like a completely unused school badge are courtesy of Angela Riley. Angela's hockey colours certificate is also shown below. |

The first of the school ties to come out of the woodwork.
This Kirkstall one once graced the neck of Christopher Rowntree who kindly supplied the photo. Come on Fountains, Selby and Rievaulx, don't let your house down. |

Another school tie. Photo supplied by Phillip Whitaker.
Is this a special tie as I don't recognise the design? |

This badge will doubtless be remembered by some pupils as an object of much fear and loathing.
Of course this attitude was subject to complete revision once the said pupils became the proud owners of the same. Photo courtesy of Julian and Virginia (one of whom I assume this belonged to). |

Margaret Whiteley (Stansfield) is still the proud owner of this program from Speech Day/Prizegiving on March 21 1969 and she kindly
provided the photos of the pages. Yes, you really can find out how many 'O' Levels you got!
